FICPI-US

FICPI US is a National Section of FICPI, the only international NGO whose membership consists exclusively of IP attorneys in private practice. In addition to being a part of FICPI and participating on programming and events hosted by FICPI, FICPI US as a National Section has programming and member meetings specific for the US section. In addition, FICPI US members participate in education and advocacy for the US perspective on international matters. FICPI US members further participate in the activities of FICPI in advocating for policies with the USPTO and other national patent offices.

FICPI’s  members in their private practices serve clients ranging from individuals and small businesses, to large multinationals, as well as universities, government and non-government bodies and other organizations that require representation in patent, trademark, design, copyright, trade secrets and other forms of IP.

INTERNATIONAL

MEMBERSHIP


To be eligible to join FICPI-U.S. you must satisfy the entrance requirements and obtain the recommendation of one current member of FICPI-U.S.

EVENTS


FICPI regularly offers conferences, meetings and on-line events. In addition to meetings of the U.S. Section, FICPI holds a WORLD CONGRESS every three years, attendance at which is restricted to FICPI members. You can find more information here:
